The Israeli army bombed targets in the Gaza Strip, in response to shots fired across the border against an Israeli patrol vehicle, Palestinian officials confirmed. No victims nor damages have yet been reported.

As normal the IDF sent forewarning messages into Gaza that they are about to bomb Hamas weapons bunkers allowing innocent Palestinians to stay well clear of the targets. During last years war against Hamas. Innocent Palestinians were hoarded like animals into schools etc where Hamas set up their rocket launchers hoping Israel wouldn't bomb them, any Palestinian who tried to escape was shot reported the Egyptian Newspaper Akhbar El Yom

The Hamas resistance movement, who is running the government in the strip, said that two rockets hit a training camp for its armed forces, the Ezzedine Al-Qassam Brigades, east of Gaza City in the Zeitoun neighbourhood. The officials said that the camps were empty when they were hit.

Meanwhile, Israeli army said the attacks were in retaliation against shots fired at Israeli military vehicles near the Gaza border on Friday.
